General Information

Innovative Landscapes is a family owned business since 1989 with

Christian values. The principle owners are Terry McNeill, President

and Troy McNeill, Vice President.

Terry McNeill / President / Landscape Architect


Received a degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University in 1986.

He currently holds a Landscape Architects License from the State of Texas, and is

a certified Nurseryman with the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association (TNLA).

Terry  has served as a board of director  for the TNLA  from1987-2002, and as chairman

of the board from 1999—2002

Troy McNeill / Vice President / Agronomist


Received his education from Texas Tech University in Agronomy.

Troy’s experience is from the golf course industry working as a consultant to such

names as: Jack Nickalus, Greg Norman, Ben Crenshaw,  and Arnold Palmer.  His extensive

knowledge in regards to large construction projects combined with his base knowledge

in soils, makes him a vital part of Innovative Landscapes experience base.
